The DC Real Estate Group is designed for active dealmakers, bringing together industry leaders who drive transactions and shape the market. While membership is typically reserved for these professionals, sponsorship offers a unique opportunity for consultants, vendors, and third parties to gain direct access to key decision makers. By sponsoring, you position your brand in front of the region’s top real estate professionals, creating valuable connections that might not otherwise be available. Each month in which a meeting is held, REG features a sponsor, whose company is given the following promotional opportunities, depending on sponsorship level:

  • Event passes for sponsor and guest(s)
  • Company logo prominently featured on event invitation for that month’s meeting
  • Logo displayed during cocktail hour
  • Logo exhibited at member check-in
  • Verbal announcement made by REG president at event
  • Logo on REG’s website homepage and other pages during month of sponsorship
  • Logo in Sponsor section of website throughout the year

PRIMARY ANNUAL SPONSORSHIP

Standard Annual Sponsorship

Two (2) guest passes to all regular season events, including Members Only events, company logo on website and emails, and recognition at every event.
Special Event Sponsorship
$5,500 ▼
Four (4) guest passes, company logo in Real Estate Group correspondence, recognition at the event, and signage at the entry table.
Standard Event Sponsorship
$4,500 ▼
Four (4) guest passes, company logo in Real Estate Group correspondence, recognition at the event, and signage at the entry table.
Bar Sponsorship

Two (2) guest passes, company logo in Real Estate Group correspondence, and branded napkins at the bar.

Annual Sponsorship Plus

Same as Standard Annual Sponsorship, except receive three (3) guest passes to all events.
Annual Sponsorship Premier

Same as Standard Annual Sponsorship except receive four (4) guest passes to all events.
Annual Sponsorship Exclusivity
$5,000 ▼
An additional $5,000 to any of the annual sponsorship options. This exclusivity precludes other annual sponsors within your specific field (i.e., Bank Lending) but does not exclude other sponsorship levels.
