Join us online for a conversation with Steve Strazzella, manager of Ritmo Properties. In 2019, Ritmo Properties was created to meet the single family residential (SFR) housing needs in growing secondary cities throughout the United States. Steve is a newfound entrepreneur following many successful years at Bozzuto and Clark, not to mention a former REG President! Steve has managed more than $2 billion in real estate construction and development projects covering single family homes, townhouses, and institutional multifamily apartment buildings.
Prior to Ritmo, he was most recently president and partner of Bozzuto Development Company and Bozzuto Homes Inc, where he spent nearly 20 years managing the development of over 15,000 apartments and homes in the major metropolitan markets on the U.S. East Coast. Prior to that, he served in various executive positions at the Clark Companies and Roy F. Weston, Inc. In addition to having served as President of Real Estate Group, Steve is Chairman of the Board for a large non-profit hospital in Washington D.C., is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the Washington D.C. Economic club. He is also a past member of the Board of Directors for the District of Columbia Building Industry Association and the Maryland Building Industry Association.
